Appointment Policy

Clear expectations make visits easier.

How requests, confirmations, changes and treatment readiness should work.

Current deposit, cancellation-fee and no-show terms were not independently verified. BodyGlo should add its approved amounts and notice period before enforcing a fee.

1. Appointment confirmation

Your website form or WhatsApp message is a request. The appointment is confirmed only when BodyGlo replies with an agreed date, time and any applicable preparation or payment instructions.

2. Changes and cancellations

If your plans change, contact BodyGlo as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp. Any deposit, late-cancellation or no-show term should be disclosed and accepted before the appointment is finalized.

3. Arrival

Use the arrival instructions provided with your confirmation. If it is your first visit, allow enough time for required consultation or consent steps. Do not arrive without confirmation.

4. Treatment readiness

Tell BodyGlo about changes in health, medication, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, skin condition, tanning or sun exposure, recent procedures and any new reaction. Treatment may need to be changed or postponed for safety.

5. Patch tests and preparation

Some services may require a patch test, product pause, shaving instructions, sun avoidance or another preparation step. A request cannot override these requirements.

6. Late arrival

Late arrival may reduce available appointment time or require rescheduling. BodyGlo should confirm its exact late-arrival policy directly.

7. Minors and consent

Age requirements and guardian consent depend on the service and applicable standards. Confirm eligibility before booking for anyone under the age of majority.

8. Questions

Call +1 416-827-9911 or use WhatsApp before your appointment if instructions are unclear.
